Ugh!! It’s only Tuesday and, unfortunately, today is not a good day for me. I had a good night’s sleep, a fresh cup of coffee in the morning, and plenty of time to read or write. Still, my energy levels are really low, and my mood is low for no reason. What is my body trying to tell me? I tried listening and finding a solution to make myself move and follow my schedule, but even thinking seems tiresome.
Isn’t it too early to take a break?
